我（房东）长期不在上海，只接受长租。
租金：付3压1，1年起租。

入住时间：随时可以。（需约看房）

交通：可以坐11号线到桃浦新村站，做2站公交，到小区正对面下车。（公交车有固定时间表非常方便，公交站在小区门口，准时点出现，不会耽误上下班）
或到南翔站下车，步行15分钟左右，也可骑行7分钟。

Transportation:
You can take the Line 11 subway to Taopo Shinchon Station, then take a bus for two stops and get off at the opposite side of the community. (It is very convenient for the bus to have a fixed schedule. The bus stops at the gate of the community and appears on time, which will not delay the commute)
You can also get off at Nanxiang Station and walk for 15"m or ride bike for 7"m.
