Hello! As I am leaving China my current place of stay will be available for rent. It is located in Gaobeidian, a historical village within Beijing. The house is a 15 minute walk away from the Gaobeidian metro station. The room is about 20m² and includes a bed/living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The monthly rent is 3500 RMB + 400 RMB until March for the floor heating. The first payment has a 1-month deposit, so an extra 3500 RMB. The contract lasts until mid-July.
