My apartment is conveniently located with complete surrounding facilities. 5 minutes walk to Metro station, and 10 minutes walk to the nearest shopping mall. There are shopping malls, hospitals, schools, and food markets nearby, making daily life very convenient. Parking in the community is also easy.
 
It’s a two-bedroom, one-living-room apartment. The small room for rent is about 10+ square meters, furnished with a bed, a large wardrobe, a desk, a bookcase, and an air conditioner. WiFi is included. Utilities (water, electricity, gas) are split equally.
 
The master bedroom is occupied by my mother, a very easy-going and warm lady. If you’d like, she can show you around and help you experience authentic local life in Shanghai, including delicious local food. Of course, if you’re an introvert, she won’t disturb you at all.
