I'm renting my apartment from the 1st of July until 19th of August. We can discuss about the exact dates.
It's located a few minutes walk from Jiangsu road subway station (line 2 and 11). Very convenient location. 

It has a big living room with a balcony, one bedroom with a king size bed, kitchen all equipped and a bathroom with a shower.
A washing machine and water filter. 

The rent is 8700 a month including water, electricity and internet. So it's 14500 rmb for the whole period.
