入境中国免签｜China announces unilateral visa-free access

We are excited to share this exciting news! On 24th November, spokesperson Mao Ning of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs made an announcement. From December 1, 2023, to November 30, 2024, individuals from France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and Malaysia, can enter China for purposes like business, tourism, family visits, or transit for up to 15 days without the need for a visa.

11月24日，外交部发言人毛宁宣布，2023年12月1日至2024年11月30日期间，法国、德国、意大利、荷兰、西班牙、马来西亚持普通护照人员来华经商、旅游观光、探亲访友和过境不超过15天，可免办签证入境。

In a move to facilitate seamless interactions and uphold a commitment to high-quality development and extensive international openness, China has decided to experiment with expanding the list of countries eligible for unilateral visa-free access. This initiative extends to ordinary passport holders from the six nations mentioned above.

为便利中外人员往来服务高质量发展和高水平对外开放，中方决定试行扩大单方面免签国家范围。目前对上述6个国家持普通护照人员实行单方面免签政策。
