I’m leaving my apartment in October 20th and I’m looking for someone to take over the remaining time of my contract (until December 20th) or sign a new contract directly with the landlord. It’s a cozy apartment with an attic perfect to store things you don’t need on a daily basis. It has an oven, microwave, floor heating and AC. It’s on the 4th floor with no elevator.
