Hey, there. I want to rent out a spare room which I used as a study. This property is located in the probably greenest and quietest place in the centre part of Shanghai. 

Neighbourhood: the best part of this place is that the neighbourhood is super nice. Most residents here are retired officials. The community is also surrounded by classy villas. 

Commuting:  Spacious parking ground. the nearest metro station is Shanghai zoo, about 1km away from the flat. You can use my scooter to ride to the station. My place is also close to the Hongqiao airport and railway station.

Facilities: tumble dryer, dish washer, TV projector were installed.

Shopping: 10-min by walk to a commercial centre, and 20-min by walk to a shopping mall (Bai Lian Xi Jiao).
