The apartment is on 17th floor and the building has two elevators, very close to the entrance on Xinfeng Road.
5 mins to Changshou Road subway station and 8 mins to Changping Road subway station. 10 mins to Jingan temple, the heart of Shanghai by taxi.
My lease still has 6 months, and I’m going to move out around 9/22. You can pay the rent directly to me or landlord, and if you want to sign the long term lease, just contact my landlord!
