Marketing & PR（negotiable salary）

🔻Responsibilities:

1. As one of the early members of our marketing team, you’ll wear many hats and have the opportunity to make an outsize impact beyond the traditional scope of a marketing communications role.

2. Flex your creative muscles and collaborate cross-functionally on a variety of other broad-based marketing activities.

3. Be the “go to” person for all marketing-related activity related to our social media and blog.

4. Partner with other companies, KOL, Artists or business partners to craft high level corporate content, including videos and innovative social media/blog posts.

5. Craft and execute social media plans that generates buzz and demand for Wellcee, driving engagement, amplification and followers, both internally and on 3rd party sites.

6. As the company’s expert in social media, you will act as the voice of Wellcee, commenting on social posts and securing content on external sites such as Red, Tiktok, Reddit, Quora etc

🔻Qualifications:

1. Relevant education - bachelor degree or above, major in art, media, journalism, marketing related majors, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

2. Strategic Thinker - create a vision for how to effectively and uniquely articulate Wellcee via social media and more.

3. Stellar Communication skills - clarity and conciseness in all written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English.

4. Hustle - ability to meet goals with sleeves rolled up - always finding a way to get things done with a sense of urgency and drive.

Backend Development Engineer

（negotiable salary， remote acceptable）

MySQL/MongoDB/Redis Java

🔻Responsibilities.

1. Responsible for system backend core application design and development; complete the system framework and core code.

2. Participate in the discussion of technical solutions and technical research, participate in product analysis and design, and prepare system design and other documents as required.

3. Responsible for the system database structure design, technical problem solving.

4. Assist in completing the testing and delivery of the project.

🔻Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science.

2. At heart: You are an experienced, passionate and enthusiastic Java Developer

3. Technologies you are experienced in: SpringBoot, SpringCloud, Hibernate, Mybatis and other popular frameworks for development.

4. You are more than familiar with Mysql, Mongodb, Redis, Oracle, ES, Kafka

5. Experience with Thrift, Hbase is preferred

6. Familiarity with Php or Python is preferred.

7. 2-5 years of development experience, with major internet project development experience is preferred.

8. Personality: highly reliable, responsible, strong hands-on ability, able to solve technical problems independently, good communication and understanding ability, good programming habits.

🔻Responsibilities:

1. You will gather and analyse the housing rental market data in major cities around Yangtze River Delta/Pearl River Delta/Chengdu Changsha, etc.

2. Continuously track and analyze the long term rental apartment industry, and provide relevant product pricing suggestions.

3. You will be responsible for research and follow-up the communication with our business users.

4. Collaborate and support various major business events/activities of Wellcee.

🔻Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major, with more than 2 years of experience in real estate or apartment leasing, and you have experience in industry research and development.

2. You identify with Wellcee's mission and company culture, you have a cheerful personality, and also a quick learner.

3. You have strong communication skills, ideally, you also have public relations crisis management experience.

4. You have team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility. Able to coordinate and work with different departments to ensure deliverables together.

5. Skilled in using Office-related software.
