🔻Job Responsibilities：
Develop Brand Promotion Strategy: Based on the brand strategy of the marketing department, formulate effective brand and project promotion strategies and be responsible for the communication effect.
Maintain and Develop Resources: Develop and maintain media, KOLs, artists, and partner resources that match the brand tone of Wellcee.
Plan Creative Activities: Plan and execute daily brand activities, and regularly launch creative cross-border cooperation (Co-branding).
Operation and Growth: Lead the operation and user growth of the Wellcee Lifestyle and Conscious Market sections.
Public Relations Crisis Management: Have a certain ability to handle public relations crises and respond quickly to brand reputation risks.
🔻Job Requirements：
Education and Professional Background: Full-time key undergraduate degree or above, majoring in art, media, marketing, and other related fields, with more than 2 years of relevant work experience.
Brand Identification and Market Acuteness: Love and identify with Wellcee's brand culture, with excellent aesthetics and market insight.
Industry Experience Preferred: Those with work experience in 4A advertising companies, top PR companies, or internet social platforms are preferred.
Creativity and Planning Ability: Love design and art, with excellent creativity and planning ability.
Teamwork and Sense of Responsibility: Have a team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility, and can effectively coordinate and cooperate with different departments to complete work.
Chinese and English Communication Skills: Fluent in Chinese and English communication (oral and written), and can write brand media materials independently.
