Responsibilities

Content Review & Community Safety

• Review housing listings, images, and written content to ensure information is authentic, compliant, and community-friendly;
• Identify and handle violations such as fake listings, scams, inappropriate content, and other harmful information to maintain community safety;
• Classify and assess sensitive content, and collaborate with headquarters teams to handle complex cases.

Partner Expansion & Maintenance

• Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with local branded apartments, rental service providers, and other partners;
• Manage partners through categorized operations to improve collaboration quality and efficiency;
• Ensure partner listings are compliant and service experiences remain positive, with regular follow-ups and feedback collection.

Community Operations & User Engagement

• Manage city-based communities to encourage user interaction and content creation;
• Collect feedback from users and partners to help optimize products and operational processes.

 

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and responsible, with the ability to remain patient when handling repetitive tasks;
• Familiar with computer office software and able to quickly learn platform systems;
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams to achieve goals;
• Prior experience in internet platform content moderation is preferred.
