Identify authentic housing listings across channels where potential landlords or individual subletters gather, such as Xiaohongshu, Douban, Weibo, and other platforms;
Introduce the value of the platform through different communication approaches (such as no agency fees and a high-quality tenant community) to attract landlords, invite them to join communities, and encourage them to post listings on the platform;
Create and manage city-based communities while maintaining user engagement and activity;
Support the team with daily operational tasks.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills and resilience under pressure;
No specific degree requirement, but familiarity with social platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Douban, Xianyu, and similar apps is required;
Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to collaborate with the team to achieve goals;
Experience in community operations (even managing your own fan groups or gaming groups), sales, or promotion is a plus!
