Media Intern
This internship requires an on-site commitment of at least 6 months, 4–5 working days per week.
There are three tracks for this role: Overseas / User Growth / New Media Creativity (AI). Please note your preferred track when submitting your resume.
Job Responsibilities
- Take part in planning and executing content strategies for the launch of new sections in the Wellcee community, and propose engaging, creative and heartfelt topic ideas.
- Create graphic, text or short-video content through copywriting, shooting and editing, and distribute content across social platforms.
- Help discover Wellcee user stories, plan community events, and assist in fostering a lifestyle-sharing community for young people.
- Monitor content performance metrics, conduct reviews and feedback sessions, and collaborate with the team to refine content strategies.
- Organize and manage multiple rental-related online communities and offline groups.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate degree, no major restrictions; Journalism, Advertising, Art and Communication majors are preferred.
- Prior new media creation experience (e.g. works on Xiaohongshu, Douyin, WeChat Official Account, WeChat Channels etc.).
- Familiar with basic content production tools (CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, Figma, etc.)
- Resonate with Wellcee and diverse lifestyle content, and be willing to deeply engage in community building.
- Strong sense of responsibility; able to complete a minimum 6-month internship. Outstanding interns may receive a full-time offer or referral opportunities.
- For applicants to the Overseas New Media Operations track: excellent English proficiency is required; proficiency in additional foreign languages is a plus. This track accepts international candidates.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Agent tools, automated workflows or AI operation projects.
- Strong new media creativity, content planning capability or English communication skills.
