1.选用的是新鲜鸡全腿,口感好,高度模块化好处理
2.清洗好鸡腿,先用姜葱料酒、大葱和姜片加清水水浸泡半小时,去除腥味和各种冰鲜运输产生的异味,实测这个方法对各种冰鲜肉类有效
