Roommates: One Italian guy (me) in the master bedroom and one Italian girl in the other single room (to share  the bathroom with).  We are all nice, chill, clean and friendly, and we wish to find someone sharing the same values. 

Bills: All the bills (electricity, water, gas, internet) are shared equally between the tenants.

Rent: Rent is payed monthly on the 15th and the rent fee is RMB 4600. Price is not negotiable and there isn’t agency fees!
