Living room and kitchen are spacious and are equipped with almost everything. The room for rent is the 2nd bedroom of a spacious two-bed and two-bathroom apartment. Your private bathroom is just outside the room. The room has a lot of privacy and very quiet throughout day and night. You share the entire house with a working professional. Occasionally I travel and you may stay in the apartment alone. House is very clean and quiet, please help me keep it that way. To maintain a healthy and pleasant indoor environment please throw your own garbage daily esp. the wet items. Please throw face masks, delivery packages, food boxes etc. directly outside. No display of used face masks on any surface in the house. No air fragrance and sprays in the room. Minimum one months rental. All beddings and cooking wares are available. No pet, no smoking and no visitors please.
