We are looking to sublet one of the rooms in our lovely home which is a penthouse in One Park Avenue.

The rental period can be started from mid May/early June ( can be flexible) and till the end of July.

The price is RMB6500/month. We prefer to rent the whole period out but other short term rentals within the period can be discussed too.

The whole apartment has TWO FLOORS, is well furnished and equipped, it has washer and dryer, oven, double-door fridge, well- just about everything including a full time maid that comes three times a week, doing cleaning, laundry, irons, and other errands.  There are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with a spacious living room, dining space and a study upstairs with a small lounge. Total area in the house is about 250 square meters.

We also have access to a massive rooftop looking all the way to the central areas of Shanghai. Perfect for chilling after a long day.

The club house of the compound has excellent facilities including gym, swimming pool (50 meter), Ping Pong Room, Yoga Room, Squash Room etc. (Free access for tenants)   Utilities and the maid salary is 600RMB / month per person.
