房子是个南北通透5室两层两卫的复式公寓。一楼有3个房间，二楼有两个房间。现在出租一楼主卧一间。可领包入住。房间大小约为20平，有飘窗，不临街，家里是精装修家具齐全，领包入住。要求生活习惯良好，爱干净，不抽烟，一人居住不带人（重点）

房间要比照片里看的还要好！（毕竟没有中介那种摆拍+滤镜+广角）而且也会比中介房子要温馨舒服得多（不是一进去就空空如也简陋无比）另外家里也很有生活气息。我妈会做饭可以蹭饭～

我们希望租客是自己居住不带人，短期需要借宿没关系跟我们打个招呼就好但不能长期以保证房子里不会人多以及出现陌生人的情况。家里很干净而且安静。非常适合上班节奏的朋友。

Hi! If you are looking for a comfortable, cozy and clean apartment you are in for a treat. This is my own apartment with 240 m^2 and two floors, and I’m renting out 1 bedroom. The rent is 4400 RMB per month. Long term lease is preferred (at least 6 months). In terms of utilities we split evenly for every tenant within the apartment each month (internet, water, electricity and heating fees in winter) No additional fees. 

Notes: One tenant per room ONLY. Otherwise it would be too crowded and we asked all tenants to do the same to maintain a confortable living space for everyone in the apartment. 

As you can see from the pictures, the quality of the apartment is super good and clean (my mom cleans a lot). We welcome those are seeking a quiet, nice place to stay. The location of the apartment is great, it’s about 500m to subway line 10 station, also the Express Capital International Airport. 

Also,we have hosted couple of expats and very comfortable with hosting people from different backgrounds! If you are interested please don’t hesitate to reach out!
