Walking distance to countless bars and restaurants and cafes. 400 meters to Jing'an temple subway station. You will be sharing the bathroom, kitchen and rooftop with me. I don't use the kitchen much so it's basically yours. Feel free to use anything in it. Your bedroom will be on the 2nd and half floor, with a smart lock. High ceiling of 3.5 meters, very nice lighting. 2 windows facing both south and north - great lighting! I used to rent it through airbnb and got nothing but 5 star reviews, looking for a chill roommate. There will be regular cleanings (at least weekly) for the bathroom and kitchen.
