房子基本情况：房子非常干净、舒适的两居，两个房间大小接近，还可以随便选房间。虽然是老房子，不过房子内部装修很好，房东精心设计过，居住体验很好，房子有一个完整的客厅，有一个大沙发，看电影、休息的好地方，大家会共用客厅。

室友我的情况：软件工程师，人很nice，生活作息比较规律，可以修Wifi爬墙，喜欢搞 Party 打德州，希望新室友居住在一起可以愉快相处，把这里当作自己的家，而不仅仅只是一个house。


Location: 5 mins close to ChaoYangMen subway station, it's include line 2 and line 6. 15 mins walks to Sanlitun , where is many famous bar near here.
Apartment: It's clean and confortable apartment with two rooms, the room size is similar, so you can choose any one of it. It's old building, but it's beaty and fresh decorate inside the house, i think you will like it. there is a big living room here, for me living room is important, big sofa and tv for have a rest when back home.
About me: software engineer, nice guy, like have a small party at home, hope roommates enjoy the party too, perfer a home more than just a house.
