Hi. I have a very nice and cozy 2-bedroom apartment (as pictures) and would like to rent the guest bedroom for short term, 1 person. Since the bathroom needs to be shared (with me), girls only. You are of course welcome to use the living room and kitchen. 

Location: On Dongzhimenwai avenue in the Embassy area. Within 10 minutes walking to Sanlitun and various subway stations (Dongzhimen, Gongti, Agricultural Exhibition). The apartment is on the 4th floor WITH elevator. 

About the apartment: 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom. The room for rent (first picture) has a double bed. Bright and warm. 

Rent: 350 RMB/day (2 days minimum). Or 2200RMB/week. Utilities and Internet wifi are included.

Requirements: NO SMOKING! Clean and respect others.
