5. Private room: Your room is completely independent, so if you prefer privacy and aren’t into sharing spaces, this is perfect.

Cons:

1. Separate spaces: The kitchen is on the first floor, and the bathroom with a bathtub is on the second floor.
If you don’t like climbing stairs, this might be a bit inconvenient.
