Due to work reason, I’ll not be in Beijing, thus subletting my cozy Hutong house for one year.

2 Options depends on your situation:
1) 12000RMB per month - whole apartment rental 
2) 8000RMB per month - whole apartment except the loft area (I’ll be back 1-2 times per month for the weekend; we share the common area, eg, living room, bathroom.)
