Due to work reason, I’ll not be in Beijing, thus subletting my cozy Hutong house for one year. 
It has 2Bedrooms with yard, near Dongsi shitiao. arm reach to longfu temple, super quite!
2 Options depends on your situation:
1) 12000RMB per month - whole apartment rental 
2) 8000RMB per month - whole apartment except the loft area (I’ll be back 1-2 times per month for the weekend; we share the common area, eg, living room, bathroom.)
