Supplementary information:
1. All my roommates are current master's students at HKUST. They are all very easy-going and communicative!
2. The community has a great environment (p4), and the clubhouse offers various sports and entertainment facilities. I will transfer the usage rights of my clubhouse card!
3. I will give away all the new furniture I bought, including the table, chairs, and bedside table, to a considerate tenant
