短租 ：提供厨具
3个月以上，一年以内2300/月 (包含 水电费、光纤费、宽带费、物业费等)；
1-3个月 2500/月 (包含 水电费、光纤费、宽带费、物业费等；可以提供床单被套，拎包入住即可)；

This is an apartment located in a hotel, your own place 🏠, in the center of Chengdu, near the Taisheng South Road subway entrance, a 3-minute walk away. It has convenient transportation and is surrounded by many business districts, delicious food and various entertainment options. Friends who cannot tolerate any noise are advised not to try it. This is a street-facing apartment and the sound of large trucks cannot be blocked. The room is sunny and fully furnished. As I work outside the city, I am renting this house to someone who loves cleanliness, hygiene and life. The house is warm and comfortable and can be rented for long-term, short-term or temporary stays.

Long-term rental (more than 1 year): 2000 yuan per month (including property management fees, TV fees, Wifi,broadband fees, etc., but excluding water and electricity fees);
Short-term rental:
3 months to 1 year: 2300 yuan per month ;
1-3 months: 2500 yuan per month ;
Temporary rental: 130 yuan per day for 1 month or less.
