This is my personal home, located on Wulumuqi Middle Road, just steps away from Anfu Road – one of the most iconic and charming neighborhoods in the Former French Concession. The apartment is about 160㎡ with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, filled with natural light and quiet charm.

It’s perfect for someone who appreciates a slower pace of life. The kitchen is open and fully equipped (oven, steamer, cookware, condiments), ideal for cooking lovers. There’s also a hand drip coffee set for quiet mornings with sunshine.

The large windows overlook the tree-lined street – it’s serene, calm, and filled with the scent of the season. You’ll also have access to my city bike if you’d like to ride around the neighborhood.

Ideal for someone staying in Shanghai for a short-term work trip, creative break, or simply a change of environment. I’ll be away for the summer, so I’m hoping to find someone respectful and tidy to enjoy the space while I’m gone.

这是我自己平时住的家，位于乌鲁木齐中路，离安福路步行不到2分钟，正处在法租界最有生活气息的区域。
房子约160㎡，两室两卫，空间大、通风好、光线充足，安静舒适，住起来非常舒服。

厨房是开放式的，配备了烤箱、蒸箱、厨具、调料，适合喜欢自己下厨的人。也有手冲咖啡器具，阳光早晨来一杯非常治愈。
窗外是整片梧桐树和老洋房屋顶，安静又漂亮。喜欢骑车的话，我平时骑的城市自行车也可以借你用，骑去永康路或愚园路都很方便。

我夏天会离开上海两个月，想把这个家短租给一位爱干净、懂生活、安静有边界感的朋友，希望你能像我一样喜欢这个空间。
