先说位置：在市中心梧桐区，骑行行到安福路、武康路大概10分钟，楼下就有24小时便利店，买早餐、应急买东西超方便；附近小咖啡馆、小店林立，逛累了随时能歇脚，既有老上海的烟火气，又带着年轻人喜欢的鲜活劲儿。

房子本身是一室一厅一卫，格局很舒服：卧室朝南窗户，采光特别好，白天阳光能洒满床，床是可以根据喜爱调节大小的1-1.8米都可以；客厅带个榻榻米（我出差回来就睡这儿）。虽然是老洋房，但该有的便利都有——卫生间明亮干爽朝南窗户；厨房虽小但锅碗瓢盆也备了一些（还有小烤箱）。

关于出租情况：我因为工作每周要出差5天（周五到周三），房子大部分时间空着，我回来时会睡客厅榻榻米，不会进卧室，相当于“长期短租+偶尔同住但不打扰”的模式，住客完全拥有卧室的独立空间。

其实最想说的是，这房子对我来说是“第二个家”——早上被窗外的鸟叫声唤醒，出门买到全上海最好喝的咖啡，顺道和弄堂口的阿婆打招呼，这些小细节比装修多华丽都珍贵。

It’s located in a downtown tree-lined area—you can bike to Anfu Road or Wukang Road in about 10 minutes. There’s a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, making it easy to grab breakfast or pick up essentials. The neighborhood is full of cafes and quirky shops, It blends old Shanghai’s charm with young, lively energy.

The space is a cozy 1-bedroom, 1-living room, 1-bathroom layout: The bedroom faces south with great natural light, and the bed is adjustable (1m-1.8m) to suit your preference. The living room has a tatami area (I sleep here when I’m back from business trips). it’s fully equipped—bright, I travel for work 5 days a week (Fri-Wed), so the place is mostly empty then. When I’m back, I’ll sleep on the living room tatami (no need to use the bedroom), so guests have full privacy in the bedroom.
