2. There is floor heating system  in all the rooms including livingroom and bathroom, so the house is very WARM even in winter! 
3. close to Jingan temple and super close to the subway station(line 14 wudingru) within 5 mins
4. Quiet surroundings but easy and close to get to nice restaurants and bars 
5. Many kinds of appliance I have already got. We can share :)
6. There is a bed, a big furnitured closet and additional drawer in the second room.
